Who knew Garrett already knows how to disco?...Looks like he's "Staying Alive" in his little Moses basket! & for those of you who have seen Brian's 5 dance moves, this is an encouraging sign that perhaps one White man will make us proud out in da' clubs. So, you'll also notice the orange outfit & UT hat he's dressed in...yes, yes, folks it's true...Brian has created another Volunteer for the UT Nation!
It's been a good week so far...my mom, Becky, has been here with us all week & has certainly helped make my life a lot easier transitioning to being at home with Garrett. What would the world do without Grandmas hands to help & hold our babies? I love this shot of my mom's hands just loving on Garrett while he sleeps.
Garrett is also adjusting well to life at home. He had his first dr appt on Wed & had gained back an ounce of the 8 he lost in the hospital. Feeding & sleeping are currently not a problem for our little guy. We'll see how all of that pans out in a few weeks when the "newborn slumber" has worn off.

Precious! I like that Moses basket - did SSS Creations do the inside? I reconize that dot fabric! So glad the transition is going well and you are making it...even better that you're getting a little sleep and he's eating well. Keep the updates coming!

Garrett is absolutely adorable. I love that sweet little sleepy face. I'm not surprised to hear that you're doing well with parenthood---you guys were made to be parents!!
